I noticed a sign on the bulletin board at my yoga studio offering Soul Recovery/Soul Retrieval classes which wasn’t something I was drawn to learn. But something inside my head (maybe an angel) poked at me and I found myself signing up for a Soul Recovery/Soul Retrieval healing session with OmShi’.

I had experienced a few full blown panic attacks and was dealing with some stressful situations in my life. I was feeling quite anxious about driving long distances in congested traffic due to a recent inner ear infection that lasted over four months. It made me feel disoriented in a moving car or a wide-open space. The infection let up, but the fear was still there.

OmShi’ discovered that my assemblage point, that is the center of the energy field surrounding my body, was skewed up over my right shoulder instead of near my heart as it should have been. The first session was an hour long and OmShi’ worked with my energy fields until the assemblage point was corrected. I say this now with all certainty because at the time, I was wondering why I was even there. To my amazement in the days that followed, I started to feel better.

Then we had several smaller sessions together as OmShi’ performed Soul Recovery on me. She recovered parts of my soul that had been severely traumatized by life events. These events were from infancy on up through my teen years. Ninety per cent of the time, I could verify the events that OmShi’ could “see” because I remembered them. So I have to assume that the other ten per cent were true as well. Each time that I saw her, she checked the assemblage point of my energy field to make sure it was where it was supposed to be. Little by little, I continued doing yoga, meditated, and pondered the recovery sessions. I felt stronger and happier.

The work that we did together was truly amazing. Even now as I write this, I cannot believe all that occurred in our sessions. I was yet to fully understand and receive the full blessings of these sessions. After working with OmShi’, I was able to be calm and much of my anxiety disappeared. I had a very busy and stressful life, but I was doing very well.

Then terrible news arrived, my beautiful and beloved daughter-in-law died suddenly at 36 years of age. My son needed my support and my two young grand-daughters needed me. Suddenly, I was twice as busy – doing things that I used to do in my twenties with the body of a sixty year old. As I drove up and down the turnpike, sometimes in icy conditions, I was calm and focused as I traveled between our two residences. I went through sadness, grief and stress as the months passed, but I felt at one with the universe.

Right after the death, my husband and I bought a house next to my son’s. Three or four days a month, I went back to our primary residence taking care of all the things there. My husband came up on weekends to help me with the children, but I was living alone in the house after I helped put the kids to bed at night. I had never lived alone before, and it was something that I had always feared, but I was able to take care of my family and myself and be at peace in the house.

Always a very spiritual person, my time with OmShi’ helped deepen those feelings. She helped me see how strong I was to come through so many traumas still in tact. I feel more whole as a person. Our work together helped prepare me for this death and all of its ramifications. To her, I am very grateful.
